This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you may provide on the swipeone.com website ("Website" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services") is collected, protected and used. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Swipe One Pte. Ltd. ("Swipe One Pte. Ltd.", "Swipe One", "we", "us" or "our"), with its registered office at 20 Cecil Street #05-03 Plus Singapore 049705. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

Automatic collection of information

Customer Data Processing

As a CRM and marketing automation platform, we process customer data on your behalf. When you use our Services to store or process data about your contacts or customers ("Customer Data"), you are the data controller of such information and we are the data processor. This means:

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to collect and process such Customer Data
  • We will only process Customer Data according to your instructions and our agreement with you
  • We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Customer Data
  • We will assist you in responding to data subject requests regarding their Customer Data
  • We will not use Customer Data for our own purposes or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide our Services
Google Workspace API Data Usage

When you connect our Services with Google Workspace through their API, we adhere to Google's API Services User Data Policy. Specifically:

  • We access and use Google Workspace API data solely to provide and improve our Services specifically for you.
  • We will not use any data obtained through the Google Workspace API for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models that are not specifically for your account.
  • We do not use Google Workspace API data for any generalized training of AI/ML models, advertising purposes, or market research.
  • Access to Google Workspace API data is strictly limited to providing the functionality you have requested.
  • We maintain the confidentiality and security of Google Workspace API data in accordance with our security standards and Google's requirements.
  • You can revoke our access to your Google Workspace data at any time through your Google Account settings.

 

Billing and payments

We use third party payment processors to assist us in processing your payment information securely. Such third party processors' use of your Personal Information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this Policy. We suggest that you review their respective privacy policies.

Managing information

You are able to delete certain Personal Information we have about you. The Personal Information you can delete may change as the Website and Services change. When you delete Personal Information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised Personal Information in our records for the duration necessary to comply with our obligations to our affiliates and partners, and for the purposes described below. Please note that deleting your Personal Information may affect our ability to provide the Services.

  • You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Information
  • You have the right to seek restrictions on the processing of your Personal Information

For Customer Data where you are the data controller, we will assist you in fulfilling these rights for your customers and contacts as outlined in our service agreement.

You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Information. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority in the European Economic Area (EEA).

California privacy rights

In addition to the rights as explained in this Policy, California residents who provide Personal Information (as defined in the statute) to obtain products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us, once a calendar year, information about the Personal Information we shared, if any, with other businesses for marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of Personal Information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared such personal information for the immediately prior calendar year. Email marketing

We offer electronic newsletters and marketing communications to which you may voluntarily subscribe at any time. We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as allowed in the information use and processing section or for the purposes of utilizing a third party provider to send such emails. We will maintain the information sent via e-mail in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mails sent from us will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or by contacting us. However, you will continue to receive essential transactional emails.

For marketing emails sent on behalf of our users through our Services, our users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable email marketing laws and maintaining appropriate consent records.

Information security

We secure information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
